I am Vitaly Fedotov 🙂
My path into organizational development was not through a classroom – it was through the field. I have worked alongside engineers, led projects under pressure, stepped into leadership roles in moments that demanded growth, and navigated complex dynamics across corporate environments, scale-ups, and high-tech ventures in Europe and Asia.
I know what it feels like to be on the ground when decisions are unclear, when teams lose momentum, and when the gap between strategy and reality becomes painfully visible. I have led from confidence and also from fear, and learned the difference. That journey taught me that navigating the energy dynamics within an organization and aligning them with business strategy is the crucial skill to guide a collective toward a shared goal. Leadership, I came to understand, is an art. One that demands not only professional acumen, but a constant and honest commitment to our own growth as human beings.
That experience shaped how I work today. With a strategic mind and a sharp attention to detail, I combine the pragmatism of someone who has executed on the ground, with the perspective of someone who has learned to see the whole system to guide it strategically. I typically work with small and medium businesses of up to 300 people, especially those building physical products, operating in manufacturing, or navigating the complexity of high-tech ventures.
But I am also more than my professional experience.
I create visual art. I volunteer at a social center. I grow a vegetable garden and make herbal remedies. I also give project management workshops at community colleges, offering practical tools and mindsets to help individuals take their personal business ideas from vision to reality.
I find that beauty, care, and presence are also the things that make organizations truly alive. They are not separate worlds for me.
This is what I bring into my work: not just frameworks and experience, but a genuine curiosity about people, a love for coherence, and the belief that a well-functioning organization is itself a kind of art.
